Ignite Pyrotechnics is a professional fireworks display company based in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. The company was formed through a genuine passion for fireworks and pyrotechnics. We specialise in the design and production of fireworks displays, pyrotechnics, and explosive special effects. Our creative flair and technical expertise is backed by a dedicated and enthusiastic team of skilled display operators who deliver a complete service.

We work with clients small and large. Every display we do is different and we are proud to go the extra mile and add a personal touch to our work. Whether you are seeking the perfect finale to your wedding celebrations, or organising a public charity bonfire & fireworks event for thousands of spectators, you can rely on our second to none product knowledge and expertise to deliver a display you will not forget.
We take care of every aspect of a display, from site survey and risk assessment through to design, firing and clearing of the site. All of our activities are backed by public liability insurance.
Displays With A Difference
We use highly effective combinations of pyrotechnic effects to deliver firework displays of sheer beauty and impact. We always seek to maximise the width and features of a particular venue to theatrical effect. From ground illuminations and stunning angled patterns of roman candles to effects fired over water and the highest quality aerial display shells sourced from the leading factories in China.
Our displays are distinctly European in style and combine tradition with state of the art. Our digital firing systems allow fireworks and other effects to be fired from many locations simultaneously with split second accuracy to music.
Explosive Experience
The display team at Ignite Pyrotechnics is headed up by Richard Harwood BSc (Hons) and Wayne Robshaw. Both Richard & Wayne have decades of experience in the design of pyrotechnics, and firework displays.

Richard is the current chairman of the UK Pyrotechnics Society, and Wayne leads the society’s explosive legislation committee. With the benefit of their industry experience, the company is in a position to offer a range of services to clients small and large alike. With offices in Huddersfield and the North West, we are able to respond quickly and in the past we have produced surprise displays at very short notice.
Additionally we are expanding our special effects division and can offer fireballs, battle simulation, and a great deal more. Imagination is our only limit.
